We offer free shipping national and international destinations on
every rug purchased through our online store for items in stock.
Deliveries to all international addresses may take longer, but we
try to send all orders by the quickest route possible. Duties &
taxes can be up to 25% or more depending on the country rules.
In case you receive a damaged/defective item, notify us within 48
hours of receipt. We might request you to share the picture of the
rug at info@buytibetanrugs.com. We will replace it without any cost
after examine the returned items.
Return the item within 7 days of the receipt. Return in the same
condition in which it was delivered to you. Do not use, wash,
alter/tamper or soil the rug. A damaged item will not be eligible
for return.
Item must have the original packing, labels and tags intact, altered
and illegible serial number will also void return.
We will initiate the refund or replacement once the item passes
through quality inspection.
